For Governments

Sovereign-tier governance for autonomous AI agents.

Maps to your AI Act, your data protection law, your sectoral regulators — by design, not by reskinning. AiEGIS is the identity, governance, and accountability layer that makes your AI law enforceable at runtime, on your sovereign infrastructure.

01 — The Problem

The sovereign problem

AI agents are operating in your jurisdiction without identity, without accountability, without a way to enforce your laws. Your regulators publish frameworks (AI Act, data protection rules, sectoral codes) — but the agents acting in your economy don't carry credentials that map to those frameworks. There is no enforcement surface.

AiEGIS provides the identity layer that makes your AI Act enforceable at runtime. Every agent operating under your jurisdiction carries an AiEGIS passport. Every action that agent takes is evaluated against your jurisdictional rule pack. Violations can be denied at runtime, or audited and revoked after the fact.

02 — What You Get

What AiEGIS gives a government

  • A passport scheme for AI agents operating under your jurisdiction — issued by you (or by accredited operators), revocable by you, verifiable by anyone.
  • A rule-pack format your regulators can author, version, and publish — encoded as machine-checkable Rego policies that your central authority + sectoral regulators contribute to.
  • A registry that proves agent provenance and revocation status to any verifier in the world.
  • A governance framework with formal amendment process — the rule packs evolve with your law, not around it.
03 — Mapped Frameworks

Frameworks AiEGIS already operationalizes

New jurisdictional rule packs are authored on contract or in cooperation with each government's central regulator. The pack format is documented; new packs do not require platform changes.

04 — Sovereign Pilot Offer

Sovereign deployment

AiEGIS deploys as the identity and governance layer for a government or regulated industry. Modes:

  • Self-hosted — on your sovereign cloud or on-premises. AiEGIS Ltd does not see your data, does not see your agent traffic, does not retain your audit logs.
  • CRADA-style cooperative — joint development with your AI safety body. AiEGIS contributes platform expertise; your regulator contributes the rule-pack content. Pattern under negotiation with NIST AISIC consortium.
  • Federated witness — for permanent-class credentials (cross-border accountability), AiEGIS supports a 3-of-N witness federation model so no single party (including AiEGIS Ltd) can unilaterally vouch for an agent.

Pre-customer state. Design-partner contracts in negotiation. We're explicitly looking for the first sovereign-tier pilot.
